IDEA

Residence The project proposes housing and living spaces in the heart of the city of Jaffa for the minority community, of Arab LGBT people in the country. The project explores the difficulties of the community until they come out to the world and are honest with the community about who they are. The project provides a solution through the development of housing and meeting places after the difficult process they have gone through in terms of identifying themselves. The final project relied heavily on a conceptual model that describes the process each LGBT person goes through until they become self-absorbed, as well as the difficulties and vulnerabilities along the way.
